NHCP-LTCF: Year 3 launch of the Small Grants program

Announcing the launch of the Small Grants Program (Year 3), for eligible projects with closing dates between April 1, 2021 and December 15, 2021.

Applications will be accepted beginning on June 1, 2021 at 1:00pm (ET) until August 1, 2021 at 8:00pm (ET), on a first-come, first served basis.

• Eligible projects must close between April 1, 2021 and December 15, 2021.
• Both land securement AND eligible associated costs are now included as eligible expenses for LTCF funding.
• Matching funds requirement reduced to 1.5 : 1.
