Final Reports are due on Friday, March 15, 2019 and should be submitted electronically via Wildlife Habitat Canada’s website in Microsoft Word format.
When you are ready to submit your completed report, visit the Report Submission page, fill out the required fields, and upload your documents.
The Final Report template (2018-2019) is available at: https://whc.org/grants/#grantees, under the “Reports” tab.
NEW: Financial Summary tables must be completed using the new Excel template, which is available for download on WHC’s website at: https://whc.org/grants/#grantees, under the “Reports” tab. Please note that the template is set up to automatically calculate Totals.
- Completed Financial Summary tables must be submitted in Excel format, as a separate file, along with your completed Final Report.
