We’re pleased to share that the application window for Round 2 of the Natural Heritage Conservation Program – Land Trusts Conservation Fund (NHCP–LTCF) Year 7 has been extended to August 29, 2025.
The NHCP–LTCF is a national funding initiative that supports the securement of private lands for conservation, with an emphasis on projects that achieve long-term protection outcomes. In this round, priority will be given to projects securing high hectares.
Funding is still available, and we encourage all eligible land trusts to apply.
Additionally, the Small Grants stream (for requests under $50,000) remains open for conservation projects that meet the program’s criteria.
