The year 2017 marks two special milestones: Canada’s 150th anniversary and the 100th anniversary of the Migratory Birds Convention Act, which has protected hundreds of native bird species that migrate between Canada and the USA and the important habitat that these populations require.
We have been working with our partners to commemorate this important year and are pleased to announce that, effective April 1, 2017, the Canadian Wildlife Habitat Conservation Print (with associated Stamp products) will be available exclusively through Wildlife Habitat Canada.
Note: WHC is only able to process customer orders that include a Print (if your order includes a Print and additional Stamp products, WHC will fulfill your complete order).
If your order does not include a Print, Stamp products must be ordered through Rousseau Collections.

The Canada Goose
The Canada Goose is well known to most Canadians. It can often be seen flying in distinctive V-shaped formations and is easily identifiable by its “honking” call. An example of conservation success under the Migratory Birds Convention Act, the Giant Canada Goose was thought to be extinct from the 1930s until the 1960s but is now the most abundant of all the subspecies.
