Report Submission Form
The electronic version of the completed Interim Report should be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format no later than 5:00pm EDT on Wednesday, September 18, 2019.
NEW: Project Budget tables must be completed using the new Excel template, which is available for download on WHC’s website at: https://whc.org/grants/#grantees, under the “Reports” tab. Please note that the template is set up to automatically calculate Totals. Completed Project Budget tables must be submitted in Excel format, as a separate file, along with your completed Interim Report.
When completing the report, please use the 2019-2020 Grant Program Guidance Document. As required by the Contribution Agreement with Environment and Climate Change Canada, this Guidance Document was developed to assist Wildlife Habitat Canada grantees in collecting and reporting project data.
If you are submitting more than one Report, please submit each Report separately with the appropriate attachments. Do not include more than one Report in the same submission.
