Description
Canadian Wildlife Habitat Conservation Stamp is also known as the Canadian Duck Stamp. The 1999 Stamp features the painting image, “Bufflehead Refuge” by Canadian wildlife artist, Don Li-Leger.
The Stamp comes in a souvenir booklet.
