We are proud to announce the winner of the 2023 Canadian Wildlife Habitat Conservation Stamp, Isabelle Collin! From Québec, Isabelle has been inspired by the life and art of Robert Bateman throughout her life. This year’s featured species is the Ring-necked Duck. This is the first time the Ring-necked Duck has been seen on the stamp since 1998. Congratulations Isabelle and thank you for the incredible piece of Canadian wildlife art!
