ABOUT: The Canadian Wildlife Habitat Conservation Stamp and Print are produced each year by Wildlife Habitat Canada. This year marks the 28th edition of the Canadian Wildlife Habitat Conservation Stamp and Print Program. The success of this program has been possible through the support of the Canadian Wildlife Service of Environment Canada, Canadian wildlife artists and the hunting community.
The conservation stamp is purchased primarily by waterfowl hunters to validate their Migratory Game Bird Hunting Permit. It is also sold to those who purchase a limited edition print, stamp collectors and individuals interested in contributing to the conservation of wildlife habitat in Canada.
The Conservation Stamp is available in four formats. The image on the stamp is also available as limited edition prints. To find out more about these products, please visit our online store or view the 2012 Brochure. You can support wildlife habitat conservation in Canada by ordering your Conservation Stamp or Print today!
Wildlife Habitat Canada invites Canadian Wildlife Artists to participate in an art competition held annually to select the image for the Canadian Wildlife Habitat Conservation Stamp and Print. If you are an artist interested in submitting artwork to the annual stamp and print competition, please review the Art Competition Rules.
Wildlife Habitat Canada has partnered with the Get to Know Program to create a Youth Wildlife Habitat Conservation Stamp that is sold across Canada. Proceeds from the Youth Stamp will support youth-driven wildlife conservation projects. Find out more about our Youth & Wildlife Program.
