Disclosure to the Customer:
Complete Description of Goods Offered: The Company offers various philatelic and art products including stamps, limited edition prints, and giclée reproductions on canvas.
Currency of Transaction: The Company sells all goods in Canadian Dollars. All purchases are also subject to applicable tax and shipping and handling fees.
Country of Origin: All Products sold by The Company are produced in Canada and/or the United States.
Export Restrictions: Products shipped to the United States or outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees.
Legal Restrictions: All images, coding, and products on The Website are the sole intellectual property of The Company and cannot be duplicated without consent from The Company.
Delivery of Products: Products will be delivered to the address that The Customer provides. The Company will determine the most efficient and cost effective shipping arrangement for The Customer. The Company reserves the right to use any shipping service at its own discretion.
Order Processing Times: Orders submitted online will be shipped within (5) five business days*. Shipping times vary based on the service used. Please call 800-669-7919 for more information.
*Please note that, during periods of high order volume, orders will be shipped in the order they are received and will be shipped within (10) ten business days.

Returns are accepted in several circumstances, including damaged Products (not including Products damaged during shipping). In these cases, a full refund will be issued or The Product will be replaced at no additional charge. Any returned items must be shipped to Wildlife Habitat Canada offices in Ottawa, Canada via mail or courier.
Numbered prints are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please try to ship items back in their original packaging and include a copy of your invoice along with a description of the problem.

Privacy Policy: The Company must collect personal information in order to complete The Customer’s Order. Information that may be collected by The Company includes but is not limited to:

8. The Customer Email Address
9. Transaction history with The Company
The Customer’s personal and payment information will be provided to Moneris Solutions Inc. for payment processing.
The Customer’s shipping information will be provided to the courier responsible for delivery of The Products to The Customer.
Personal information will be used only for order processing and for annual filing purposes with the Canada Revenue Agency. The Company will not submit The Customer/s personal information to any legal entity with exception to the Canada Revenue Agency, Moneris Solutions Inc., and, with limitations, the courier chosen to deliver The Product. Personal information is used to create purchase orders and successfully ship The Product to the shipping address that The Customer provides. Wildlife Habitat Canada will keep copies of purchase orders and invoices for not less than seven (7) years in accordance with requirements from the Canada Revenue Agency for annual tax filings.
